Finally. I really thought I was never going to get my hands on the stuff I ordered from Avon. The lady who got my stuff went on holiday so I was not able to get them until last night. I was going to use these pa naman for my prom. Lol. But, oh well, they’re here and I’m happy ^_^
I got the Kajal Stick in Black for £2.50; Kiss ‘N’ Go Lipstick in Vino Disco for only £3.25; and the SuperFull Midnight Mascara in Blackest Black for £5. Total expenditure: £10.75 - isn’t that awesoooome? :] I saved heaps with Avon.
Actually, the very first lipstick I had (back in the fifth grade. Lol) was from Avon and since then people have been giving me Avon cosmetics as presents.
I am really gutted that these didn’t arrive in time for prom, but that’s okay. I’ve decided I won’t open the mascara and the kajal stick just yet - I’m going to save them for later when the ones I’m currently using eventually run out. I’ve never had a kajal stick in my life. The eyeliner I’m using at the moment is a retractable one from Barry M which I love - it does stay on but it’s a little dry. I’m hoping the kajal stick would be easier to glide on. I’ve read a lot of good reviews online about the SuperFull Midnight Mascara so I’m pretty excited to try it out. It’s not waterproof so it should be perfect for my holiday back home :]
I’ve tried the lipstick already. It’s cute :] Vino Disco is kinda like a berry shade of red and I’m pretty much in love with it ^_^ I dunno, it looks romantic. And at only £3.25, how could I resist? ^_^ It doesn’t dry my lips out and looks very natural.
And the packaging’s cute, too, don’t you think? :]

Goldfrapp - Black Cherry
I’m not sure if this is considered a haul since I’ve only bought two items. Lol. But, oh well ^_^
As you all know (or not) most E.L.F products cost $1.00 each (£1.50 in the UK) and the shipping costs are very reasonable. I’ve heard of some people who received their purchases three weeks after placing an order. I consider myself lucky for getting my items just two days after placing my order! :] I think E.L.F. is very efficient with their shipping and none of my items were lost or damaged in the mail.
Nyahaha. Three items. Is this even a haul? :] 
This is a Brightening Eye Colour quad in Silver Lining. I adore these shades - they are very pigmented. And they stay on for hours as well so they’re definitely worth your money. At only £1.50 per quad, it’s a steal! ^_^ They have a lot of other shades, too, so it’s worth checking them out. The second photo above shows the itsy-bitsy mirror on the applicator part of the quad. It’s really small - I doubt anyone uses it. Lol :] But it should be useful for touch-ups on the go.
Foundation brush. It’s a little bit thin but it does the job. Thumbs up to this one :] 
Princess Diaries OST - What Makes You Different
It has been a while since I last updated this blog so expect three entries for today. Lol :]
The entry about the Leavers Ball is long overdue. Gotta warn you, though, this post is picture-heavy.
First things first. I had an amazing time and I’m really sad to be leaving sixth form college. I’ve had a few rough times along the way (eh, Sir, how does deprotonation work again? ^_^) but everything has been worth it. Whatever I am now and what I will be in the future, I owe a lot of it to my experience at sixth form. The Leavers Ball (it’s just a posh term for prom) was a wonderful end to our two years of studying for our A-levels and we are now ready to go our separate ways to University or any other pathway we choose.
The venue for the ball was amaaazing. It’s rated four stars. You can view it here (I don’t really want to type the actual name of the hotel - I don’t want people from my school finding this blog. Lol ^_^) When the band started playing Sex on Fire by the Kings of Leon on saxophone (on saxophone! How cool is that? ^_^), I knew then and there that it was going to be one helluva night. I enjoyed every minute of it and would love to go through another prom night again :] By the way, our prom was a joined one (I’ve mentioned before that I study at a girls’ school. We had our prom with the guys from the boys’ school).

Mwahaha :] With our ICT teacher. I’m going to miss her. Seriously. She’s super nice ^_^ I sit next to this girl (the one in the blue dress) at Maths and Chem. And the teachers always think I’m her and she’s me. Dang! She’s Chinese, can’t you see? I really do not look like her. ^_^ 
Gonna miss these girls for sure :]

Dawson’s Creek OST - Kiss The Rain
Hey.
So here I am again blogging amidst the pile of past exam papers I need to practice on and stuff. I just need this break, otherwise I’m going to projectile-vomit.
Chemistry is pretty okay at the moment. I think I’m remembering stuff anyway. I haven’t had the time to say hello to my Maths files and books yet (mainly because I love Chemistry more and don’t give a damn about Maths. Lol) but hopefully I’ll work extra hard next week, a one-week holiday.
I’ve ordered some E.L.F. items yesterday and they have been dispatched this morning. I think I’m going to receive them by tomorrow, so yay! :] The money I’ve been getting from all this blogging has been piling up on my paypal account so I decided to use it na. I didn’t order loads - I don’t really have that much moolah on my account. Lol. But hopefully I’m going to like the stuff I ordered. I got a free item as well - more about that on my next blog entry.
During my free period today, I went to town to hunt for storage boxes. Failed, though. Couldn’t really find cheap or small-enough ones. I just figured that since summer is coming real soon, I better get all my stuff sorted - clothes, books, etc. My room is a mess and getting storage boxes should do the trick.
There are helluva lot more things dancing in my mind right now and I want to blog about all of it. Lol. I really feel like ranting right now but I don’t have the time :]
Break’s over. I better get back to revision now.
Oh, and by the way. We had our prom last Friday. I’m going to write a post on that soon. Hopefully.
Ne-Yo - Mad
Gah - I haven’t posted in a week!
I am seriously 100% busy at the moment and for the weeks to come. Exams, dear. Need I say more?
Of course, considering that this is me we’re talking about, procrastination has been knocking on my door again. And I just let it in - I’ve decided to watch Angels and Demons sometime this week :]
I have my final Chemistry practical exam on Thursday and this is seriously the make-or-break one. I just hope I won’t get shakey hands or I’ll probably break some sort of glassware again. Okay, so I never did break any glassware before - but still.
I have been revising my organic chemistry reactions last night and most of today. It was going really well until my tummy rumbled. Walked to McDonald’s and downed two cheeseburgers and fries in one sitting. And now I’m feeling hungry again.
What is it with me and ethanoyl chloride? This is the only one whose reactions I cannot seem to remember.
I am seriously (and when I say seriously, I do mean seriously. Seriously, how many times have I typed in seriously today? ^_^) feeling nervous about these exams. But I’m enjoying revision so far. I hope it pays off.
I’ll blog about the prom next week if time permits. This is the last week of my sixth form college life and all I have to do now are exams and then (!) it’s the Leavers Ceremony (graduation) by the end of June. And then (!) I’m off to Pilipinas and when I come back to England, I’m having a head start at University. ^_^ I am really excited for Uni and this is all that’s keeping me going :]
I shouldn’t be blogging right now but ethanoyl chloride is wanting me to procrastinate for a while. Seriously.
This guy, Shaun Smith, was on Britain’s Got Talent last night.
And, yeah, I pretty much fell in love with him. :]
